First you need the latest CVS version (last modification was 5 weeks ago). Next, a little configuration file is needed as described in http://wiki.flightgear.org/flightgear_wiki/index.php?title=Dragonfly If you want to cheat, you can set /sim/model/banner-on-hook to true and you have your banner - but thats really unfair!
