The pdf version of our getting started manual has been updated for
v1.0(Thanks to all involved for their hard work.) It looks like the
html
version of the manual has not yet been updated. Could someone do that
please? Otherwise I can do a generic latex2html, but I'm not sure the
result will be all that nice if I don't have a good set of options worked
out.
