Also I see jpeg artifacts even in the largest version, I would suggest that the full versions are either done in png or highest quality jpeg. Also some of the full sized pngs load faster than the medium sized jpgs (example dhc2F-CYDL-07). Odd. I used optipng -o 7 on all my pngs before uploading them.
