Looking forward to seeing OSG in FGRun, thanks!

One kind of out-of-the-box thing I use FGRun for is checking submodel
placement.  For that purpose I hacked the display code so the model
doesn't constantly spin...  While you're in that code it would be neat
to have a button to start and stop rotation, and maybe a way to switch
camera views, at least to the cockpit view...
