I haven't done this so I'm not sure if it will work.  But if you have the 
Aerospace Toolbox installed, you should be able to find 'Pack net_fdm Packet 
for FlightGear' and 'Send net_fdm Packet to FlightGear' under Aerospace 
Blockset > Animation > Flight Simulator Interfaces.  Add the two blocks and 
connect the output of the 'Pack' block to the input of 'Send' block.  Double 
click on the 'Pack' block and check 'Show velocity/acceleration inputs', then 
try sending in the appropiate signals.

Note that Simulink only has support up to version 0.9.10.
