Atlas requires maps generated from your FlightGear scenery by an
auxiliary program entitled, appropriately enough, 'Map'. Have you run
Map?
By the way, the FlightGear developer's mailing list isn't really the
place to ask this kind of question. A better place would be the
FlightGear forums:
