Is on the way, this is still a problem with the collision tree sharing stuff 
that is in my queue.

The explicit configuration for the solid objects on a carrier should no longer 
be required once this is done. The idea is to have everything solid that is 
not marked as 'nohot' in the animations. May be the interface to the 
animations for collisions could be refined, but in principle, we have now 
collision code that is able to perform well even with a high triangle count. 
So no longer handmade positive lists for solid objects.
But still, this might cause issues with todays cvs since about 2 weeks.
