I'd say, as long as you're 'efficient' in speaking English, the language should be a no-brainer if everyone involed feels as being part of a 'team'. Still, expect the majority of the people (booth staff as well as visitors) to be Germans. I think the most obvious 'requirement' is to have a certain insight into the inner workings of FlightGear. While quite a few visitors feel happy about simply performing a takeoff in a huge aircraft, other's feel a lot more like understanding how different sub-parts of the entire simulation interact. > p.s.
