Looking at the CVS browser (http://cvs.flightgear.org/viewvc/data/Aircraft/Velocity-XL/Models/Inter ior/Panel/Instruments/) there appear to be both KX165 and kx165 directories. This will never work on a Windows system, one of them needs to be renamed.
