Hi,

AFAIK that is a recent OSG problem (if it is any comfort Russian keyboards 
reportedly now work correctly with OSG :).
I use the OSG 2.9.4 development snapshot, there the keyboard works, but I 
think you can just revert a few revisions of OGS/SVN and rerun make to get 
something that works.
