Addendum - looking at nav,dat, it contains DME entries for each ILS,  
so that part at least is unnecessary - though of course there's a data  
redundancy in listing each ILS twice this way. This assumes there  
really is a 1:1 correspondence between ILS entries and DME-ILS  
entries, of course.
