I've mostly played around with the shaders, not done anything really
usefull yet. Except porting the water2 shader, which still needs new
textures...

For the clouds, I tried some improvement regarding the sunset effect,
but it's just a small thing and not even very good yet. I'll wait to
see what you have in mind before doing anything more with them. I'm
also going to make some new cloud textures, but I guess that is never
waste of effort, as there can't be too many textures :)

I was thinking about making 2d clouds use shaders too. I've only
barely looked at the code and it may take some time before I get it to
work. I'll send the patch here when I have something done. Or if
someone is/was already working on this, I'd like to hear about it.
