While 200 hp is the top end of the 360 hp line (only the Turbocharged
TIO-360-C manages better at 210 hp), and the average rate horsepower is
180, the IO-360-C (which the file name implies this is) should be 200
hp.  Looking at the CVS history of this engine it appears it has been as
low as 160 and as high as 210 as people discuss the proper power for its
use in the c172p...  As to the Zepplin-NT, they don't give us an exact
model number but it appears to be slightly derated what ever version it
is http://www.zeppelinflug.de/seiten/E/zeppnt_techn.htm they list 145 kW
or 197 hp.
