I'm using wincvs, which reports this:

cvs update: Case ambiguity between COWLING.RGB and COWLING.rgb.  Using
COWLING.rgb.
cvs update: Case ambiguity between ENDPLATE.RGB and ENDPLATE.rgb.  Using
ENDPLATE.rgb.
