I suggest that probably the best solution is for the ubuntu package to ensure that pasuspender is used to suspend pulseaudio while flightgear is running, I think that should work, not ideal, but workable. Nothing I tried was reliable to get FG working with Pulseaudio, sometimes it worked, but usually it didn't, fairly randomly, so I have taken to manually disabling one of my two sound cards in pulseaudio volume control and using that for Flightgear (with alsa). ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Planet: dedicated and managed hosting, cloud storage, colocation Stay online with enterprise data centers and the best network in the business Choose flexible plans and management services without long-term contracts Personal 24x7 support from experience hosting pros just a phone call away. http://p.sf.net/sfu/theplanet-com _______________________________________________ Flightgear-devel mailing list Flightgear-devel@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/flightgear-devel
