I have generic SID/STAR code (including support for reading some standard 
formats) read to go into the main tree fairly soon. Obviously at that point the 
A380 code will need to be adapted, but in the short term, if people want the 
SID/STAR functionality sooner, on their local systems, it's not worth worrying 
about.

The licensing issues surrounding the data files is another issue entirely, of 
course :)
