As long as we're sticking to the v8.10 format, I'm accepting update
submissions which are being merged into this file:

  http://mapserver.flightgear.org/apt.dat.gz

The following airfields have already seen improvements - which are
included into the above file:

  http://mapserver.flightgear.org/Apt.Dat.txt
