I do believe it was added before 2.0, but I could be wrong because I don't 
really follow releases.  This dialog always existed for YASim, we just 
changed the code so it worked with JSBSim, too.

I don't think we have an "ignore this tank" property, although I could see 
other times that might come in handy, too.

What I would suggest for now is a JSBSim switch that would set the tank 
contents to 0 if it is not installed and no-op if it is installed.
