i have commited some changes to fg and fgdata. Could you please check if these help with your issue? I tested this with commandline fgfs --airport=kord --disable-real-weather-fetch --metar="KORD 042151Z 25010KT 10SM FEW043 SCT200 14/04 A3035 RMK AO2 SLP281 T01390044" --timeofday=noon the result looks good to me.
