I just picked this one as a random item from your list and I'm happy to
state that it runs and flies properly for me (real weather, water
shader and 3D clouds enabled and working).
To be honest, I see no value in this list as long as environment and
detailed information about the respective malfunctioning are unknown -
from my perspective it's close to FUD,
