There is Nasal/system.nas in the 737-300 directory. Around line 200 of that 
file the code

if(pph2 == nil){pph2 = 0.0};
setprop("engines/engine[0]/fuel-flow_pph",pph1* fuel_density);
setprop("engines/engine[1]/fuel-flow_pph",pph2* fuel_density);

computes fuel-flow_pph.
