Ok, I've pushed the one-line change up to the master simgear repository.
 With this fix I can exit cleanly again without a crash.

I notice there is other clean up code in the SGEnviro destructor that is not
currently executed.  This orphaned code follows an // OSGFIXME comment so it
could be that we are leaving other structures hanging here, or something
more could be looked at in this particular area of the code.  If nothing
else it appears to be a small concentration of messiness. :-)
