Hi all I updated positions.txt (fgcom data) with recent 8.10 apt.dat data for use with fgcom. And I also prepared the same for 8.50 data for the future. For testing you can replace this file with current positions.txt shipped with fgcom. It contains all frequencies available in table "atcfreq" in current apt.dat/navaid.dat database shipped with flightgear. I don’t know if this is useful or not, but I realized some days ago that I couldn’t find many frequencies with the fgcom default file.
http://downloads.fgx.ch/data/fgcom/positions.txt Please note that this data is not reflected on mpmap01 etc. I might be wrong, but it looks like the mpmap is using completely outdated fgcom example data for frequencies and not current database? The dump of recent 8.10 data atcfreq gives me +10.000 lines. Another confusion was why the old example data contains VOR/VOR-DME/ and VORTAC entries. Is this data/freqs in use ? I will add it when needed of course.
