..debian's fgrun 1.6.0-1 offer those options after you pick the
appropriate binaries etc, which is a nice feature.  It becomes 
a bug as it doesn't offer any distro installed fgfs as a default,
you _have_ to pick the distro's default 2.4.0-1 /usr/games/fgfs
binary to have Debian's fgrun-1.6.0-1 launch Debian's fgfs-2.4.0-1. 

..this wee config job should IMHO be done by the fgrun install 
script, _if_ it finds the distro's default fgfs. 

..thenafter we can have fgfs et al's install scripts call 
the fgrun install script.
