with some generous help and advice from Geoff, finally got an FG build on windows done, phewww! Using latest git version as of the 15th. But now it crashes on startup :-( Complains about not finding a plugin to read objects from file c:/fg-2.7.0/fgdata/xxxxxx from the gitgo. Missing dependency; file path problem, command argument?? any suggestions on where or what to look for? Thanks John
