* Add INSTALL file, split MSVC instructions from README.cmake
into separate README.msvc file.
Unfortunately the VS2008 3rd party stuff is no longer at
ftp://ftp.ihg.uni-duisburg.de/FlightGear/Win32/MSVC, this only has the VS2010
versions.
It is however still at ftp://ftp.ihg.uni-duisburg.de/FlightGear/Win32/old/
The last version on that site for VS2008 is
ftp://ftp.ihg.uni-duisburg.de/FlightGear/Win32/old/fgfs-win32-VS90-3rdParty+OSG-20111027.zip
(+ x64, debug as reqd.)
Sadly I am having trouble with the current Git VS2008 build, but that is
another story.
If using the current VS2010 3rd party files, these archives (despite the file
title fgfs-win32-VS100-3rdParty+OSG-20120411.zip) do not include OSG binaries.
These can be downloaded from Alphapixel at
http://www.alphapixel.com/osg/downloads/free-openscenegraph-binary-downloads.
Is it possible to update the documentation to reflect this?
