Thanks for the feedback. As you may have noticed, the Jenkins Windows
builds were apparently stuck/blocked for 3 days - it hasn't even tried
to compile - hence there were no messages (and that's why it says "last
successful build 3 days ago"). The MSVC issue was only in trunk for a
few hours though - so everything should have been fine before.
If you notice that a build is jammed up for a long period of time, please
let me know so I can get it resolved.
