Found the cause:
This happen with the AI demo
AI/refueling_demo.xml
IT does not use any Flightplan
the others _demo_1 and _demo_2 does
they don't make any error message.
Does it mean right now, every AI aircraft tankers wants a Flightplan ?
With FG 2.12 it was not necessary.
