Greetings! I am interested in accessing the shapefile server for
TerraGear so I can rebuild some Caribbean islands, specifically Saba
(TNCS). They appear to be down (non-responsive).
I have WorldEditor, TerraGear and terragearGUI. All seems to work ok
until I get to the shapefile server data. Unable to connect to the server.
