You haven't told us what hardware you are running. Your solution will depend on your answer. If you have an ATI Radeon 7x00 card, the DRI line should be sufficient. If you have an NVidia card, it's not and you'll need to install their binary drivers. If you have a Radeon 8500, you have a choice of bleeding edge DRI drivers from their CVS or ATI's binary drivers. If you have a Radeon 9000 or 9700 card, you're SOL, sadly. If you're not sure what kind of video hardware you have, run "lspci" and send us the output. Andy -- Andrew J.
