I am not sure why that is happening, you might try disabling PASV (passive) ftp support if Mozilla will let you do that and give it another go. As I am writing this there are 2 people downloading scenery, so it is working for some people. Strange. :( Sorry I can't be of more help. No suprise that it wouldn't work. :) I will make a note of this on the web page. Also note that only the base scenery area has the updated runway lighting.
