At a safe taxi sped, you shouldn't see anything move on the ASI. I'm not sure how FG handles this, bit in a real plane, if you see an airspeed indication while you are taxiing, either the wind is too string to get the plane out of the hangar, or you are way to fast, and you want to avoid both!
