I am affraid I cheated a bit I just downloaded the tarball off the CVS without going through the whole update thing.
Seems that the older version of FG does not like the new texture.
Its not a big problem just I wanted to try it out with the 737 panel I have been building on the old cvs version.
Thanks for the reply I guess the A/C will only be able to be used on the current version or later.

Can you provide the exact output ?
And when I load the model into PPE it says WARNING: ssgSGIHeader failed to open '.\a320-fd-af-01.rgb

It is only compressed rgba.

Which tarball ? The model has only been published in CVS
