I got the ebuld started last night but need to delve deep into the bash man page as a variable isn't translating as it should!

And I need cvs simlib for cvs flightgear but I can use standard plib - correct?

Yes, many of the larger files can be stored in gzip format on disk,
and flightgear gear will decompress them on the fly ...
