Yeah, I've done the glxinfo thing. Here's some of the output...
name of display: :0.0
display: :0 screen: 0
direct rendering: Yes
server glx vendor string: SGI
server glx version string: 1.2
server glx extensions:
GLX_EXT_visual_info, GLX_EXT_visual_rating, GLX_EXT_import_context
I've done a fair bit of searching on forums and sites, and I'm pretty sure my
3d's working fine (the game Chromium runs fine).
The crux of my question is can I tune back FG far enough to get the same sort
of fps ratings that other people saw with similar setups to mine, using
previous years' FG releases?
I've attached my original post at the bottom for reference.
