In FAQ at http://www.flightgear.org/Docs/FAQ.shtml#4.1 and also in the copy that comes in the Flightgear package, it says:
"4.1 - How do I install new scenery? The scenery archive files (ie. w100n30.tar.gz) should be untarred into the Scenery/ directory in your $FG_ROOT." Doing that, the scenery is still ocean. The scenery is correct after moving the files to $FG_ROOT/Scenery/Terrain. Perhaps the FAQ should read "...into the Scenery/Terrain/ directory..." ?
