Hehe.

Both in fgfs and real life, there is/was a sensation of being really,
really close to the terrain when coming in on 25. We had to make a
second attempt because of the need to stick the threshhold to be
sure of stopping in time And there was plenty of time to build up
lots of nervousness about it, as we flew around nearby waiting for
the Sheriff's Office to bring someone up there who could turn the
lights on (they were supposed to be on, but weren't).

The TerraGear artifact of creating an artifical plateau not much larger
than the airport when placing an airport in hilly/mountainous terrain
actually applies here -- it really is like that IRL.
