And yes, metakit is no longer used. You can wipe it entirely from your system (unless you are using it for something else of course.)

Metakit not found, you will need to install this first. Please read the README.metakit for more information.
I've read that FG and SG no longer depend on Metakit, and I had Metakit installed previously when I compiled FG.
