This can go in your ~/.fgfsrc file, or on unix you can create a ~/.fgfsrc.<hostname> file if you share home directories across multiple hosts. You can also specify this on the command line when you start up fg. On windows, you probably want this in your system.fgfsrc file.
This technique assumes each PC has a single video card, and each video card drives one monitor. The PC's talk to each other over a network. You don't need any special multiheaded video card to do this.
