Hi Innis,

I don't know how it works with rpms, but on Debian, there are generally two
versions of library packages - the 'normal' version, and the development
version.  eg glutg3 and glutg3-dev.  If you are compiling a program as
opposed to just running it, you need to install the development version.  I
expect that the rpm system probably has a similar distinction.
