If you inadvertently configure Simgear once with -with-jpeg-factory,  
Simgear installs a header file to do with jpeg-factory.  Thereafter, if 
the file is found, the default Simgear build uses jpeg-factory by 
default.  The solution is to remove the file, run config, make, install 
again.

The file is simgear/screen/tr.h in the include directory (most often 
/usr/local/include).
