There is currently some basic support for ATC, but it doesn't interact with the user. You can set frequencies to your local airport's radio and listen (read) the local radio chatter, or listen to the ATIS for airports supporting this. There is currently no interaction with the user. The reason ATC is in the program but not usable, is simply because it's in development. I'm currently working on adding local ground traffic Taxisupport for AI Aircraft, and once I get that going, it's time for ATC to take care of proper separation. In time, ATC will become more and more sophisticated, I hope, but there's still a fairly long road ahead of us.
