Which aircraft are you using? The format of the piston engine definition was changed at some point in the not-too-distant past and afair this message is output when the YASim solver spots one of the old 'legacy' piston engine definitions. It's more of a reminder that the engine definition needs updating rather than saying that there's a problem.
