First/ It should be possible after having said yes to AGP driver to
access to a sub-tree which deliver the specific drivers , in your case
it is nforce/nforce2 and you choose it as module.
Second/ Yes it is possible to upgrade from Redhat 8 or 9.
But very often we have to tune again the System (interface parameters),
and rebuild your local specifics applications.
Third/ you will not get with FC4 or FC3 the agp drivers, and again you
will have to rebuild the Kernel.
It is an advantage (i know the first time it seem difficult), you get a
very good tuned Kernel according to your needs, you enter into the
kernel functionality, and you get your own configuration which can be
used for latter updates.
The process, with FC4 or FC3 has been simplified, the configuration
graphics interface is very good, and the boot manager is being updated
correctly (Grub).
