I don't like it, but it seems to be the only way. -9999 is supposed to
signal the FDM that it has to trim "on-ground", but the saved values
are apparently injected too late, when JSBSim has already done this
part. So we need to set a "real" altitude. This can cause problems after
scenery updates, but this is still better than a c172 rolling over and
playing dead.

Maybe JSBSim should put its init() stuff into postinit(), so that
other subsystems (Nasal) have a chance to tweak property values
such as lon/lat/alt. Certainly 0.9.9 material. Stop the presses!  ;-)

OK, the c172 works now, too. And so do 747 and 737, which failed before
because property path elements must not begin with a digit. Sigh.

BTW: the saved states could also be used like so:   --config=bo105.xml
But that's just not sophisticated enough. :-)
