Windows comes with it's own shell (called "Eingabeaufforderung" in the
German version... Dunno the name for the English one). The easiest way
to start it, is to type "cmd" in the "Run..." dialog that opens from the
second last entry in the "Start" menu (directly above the shutdown).

- From there it's probably best to follow the users guide.

A different approach is to generate a file called "flightgear.bat"
(basicly anything with ".bat" at the end works). That file should be
edited with the Notepad (do not use Write or Word. They *might* make
that file unusable).
In that file you can write everything that you would enter on the
command line. And it runs all these commandos when you double click on it.
