RedHat 7 is *really* *really* *really* old. *REALLY OLD* !!!! If this
is a legacy system and you have to run RedHat 7, that implies that your
hardware is *really old* too. I suspect you will have a lot of trouble
running the modern version of FlightGear.
If you have acceptable hardware, why not load a newer version of RedHat?
No matter what you do, you will need a decent hardware accelerated 3d
card with full opengl support.
