Hi Chris
I'll bet that you have and older version of PLib installed, compliments
of SuSE, probably in '/usr/local/lib' && '/usr/local/include' that are
getting picked up prior to the newer ones you installed.
If they aren't in usr/local do a good look for them elsewhere
