Weird today, the skies were so clear and not scarred by con-trails and no sound of
over head planes.
My dad commented on that in particular as he lives in Dearborn, and they often
complain of the noise of th planes coming into DTW.
As my work is in mortgage wholesaling it started out very slow today and then they
gave us the option to leave.
Very weird day.
Very sad, sad day.
People comparing it to Pearl Harbor, but by the sheer numbers, this looks like it will
dwarf Pearl Harbor.
This has the potential to become the day with the single greatest number of Americans
dead. The (hopefully) current record being the battle of Antitem (sp?) during the War
between the States in the 1860's, where 22,000 Americans lost their lives.
