OK, thanks. It was the syntax I was missing - the rest is pretty well
explained in the HOWTO. Shall try again.

Incidentally, have now downloaded most of the scenery and started trying to
put it in the scenery directory. This works fine if I untar the tarballs
first, but fg doesn't find anything if I put the tarballs straight in, not
what the HOWTO says. Is there a line in preferences saying something about
tarred or untarred scenery? The original base-package scenery was also
untarred.

Running 0.78-1mdk (came bundled with Mandrake 8.1).

Also still can't find airport codes outside of the States.

A flat alphabetical list would be the thing. Any ideas?

I'm a complete newbie here so will be asking lots of stupid questions.
